Park Residences is an apartment project that combines housing with ground-floor commercial use on an urban corner plot. The facade was composed of three materials — white plaster, dark gray panels, and wood-textured cladding — joined in vertical bands. This banding breaks up the long facade, helping the building relate to the smaller-scale buildings around it. The corner balconies were resolved with perforated metal railings, balancing privacy with view. Ground-floor shops opening onto the avenue were preserved to keep street life going.
