Users under the age of 18 may not place orders through the site. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the details you provide when placing an order; the seller cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by missing or incorrect details.
Product Information and Images
Product descriptions, dimensions and technical specifications are published with the highest possible accuracy. In natural materials such as solid wood, the grain pattern, tone and texture differ from one product to another; these differences are not regarded as defects, they follow from the nature of the material.
Depending on screen settings, colours may vary from device to device. For a final decision on colour and material we recommend a showroom visit or a sample request.
Prices
The prices shown on the site are sale prices and include VAT. Campaigns and discounts are valid for the stated period or until stocks run out. The right to update prices is reserved; the price in force at the moment your order is confirmed is the one that applies.
If the “Teklif Al” (Request a Quote) option appears on the product page instead of a price, that product is manufactured with project-specific dimensions and material options, so pricing is given on request.
Orders and Stock
Preparation of your order begins once payment has been approved. For products that are out of stock or that require production time, the delivery period is notified separately when the order is placed. In the event of an unforeseen stock problem, the order is cancelled and the payment is refunded.
Intellectual Property
The designs, product images, texts, technical drawings and brand elements on the site belong to the seller. They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Governing Law and Competent Court
These terms are subject to the law of the Republic of Turkey. In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees together with the Istanbul Anadolu Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. The monetary thresholds are updated each year by the Ministry of Trade.
