The Modoko project is a high-rise tower designed as a landmark building within a furniture trade district. Its mass was shaped by a fluid gesture that widens at the base, narrows upward, then opens again — a move that sets the tower apart from the rectangular buildings around it. The facade was resolved with glazed surfaces running in horizontal bands that emphasize the form’s curve. The lower floors house terraced commercial spaces, arranged for direct access from the street. The brand sign was positioned above the entrance as a three-dimensional element.
