Flower Box was designed as a small-scale flower retail unit within the city. The structure was conceived as a portable, quickly assembled box, with its structure and cladding resolved in the same wood language. The hand-drawn floral pattern on the facade communicates what the unit sells without needing a sign. A fuchsia-colored vertical stripe and the border above it were left as the single color accent that makes the box visible in the square where it stands. The natural texture of the wood surface was chosen as a material that suits the product and gains character as it weathers over time.
