The Ege Bakery project covers the facade and interior design of a bakery and baked-goods retail point. The facade was resolved with wide, white wood-framed display windows, allowing the production and display area to be seen from the street. The brand logo was placed on the blank wall beside the display window so it can be read from a distance. Inside, product shelves, the display counter, and the checkout area are arranged so they don’t interrupt customer flow. Terracotta red and natural wood tones set against the white flooring reinforce the brand’s warm character.
