Where can I purchase SOGA Spaces products?

Let us know about the products you need and we will send the products to your door. You will be informed of each process from ordering to delivering.

Can I purchase SOGA products from any country?

We work with logistics companies that can ship to all countries in the world. We pack your products as required and deliver them to you through the logistics company you choose or the logistics company we work with.

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount, however, the order amount may affect the freight charge.

What is your leadtime?

Our lead times vary dependent on your demand and our factory workload. Our aim is to have your products ready within 5 weeks at the latest.

What are your payment terms?

If you have purchased products from us before, we receive a 50% prepayment and the remaining 50% payment before shipment. If you are purchasing from us for the first time, we expect the full payment in advance while placing the order.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, you can pay by credit card, but in this case, we need to add the commission received from us by the banks to the total amount. This commission amount may vary according to the sales amount and country.

What are your freight charges?

It is not possible to give exact price information before ordering. We get quotes for you from at least 3 logistics companies and send you the most suitable one. Or you can choose your own logistics company. Do not hesitate to ask for a quote for logistics by writing to us about the products you want to purchase, please.

How long is the pricing valid on my quote?

Our quotes are valid for at least 30 days from the date on the quote. Please, the enquiry whether there is any change after 30 days.

What if I need to cancel an order?

All SOGA furniture is made to order. Acknowledged orders may not be changed or cancelled without the consent of SOGA, as we have likely started the manufacturing process of your order. In the event of cancellations prior to the start of production for standard products, customers will be liable for a cancellation charge of 30%. Does SOGA Spaces accept refunds?

All SOGA products are made to order and may not be returned unless authorized in writing by SOGA Spaces. SOGA may deem it necessary to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for defective or failing products in a warranty situation. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.

You can find the files on the pages of the products end of the tabs named resources or on the download page. If you need a different file format, do not hesitate to contact us. We will try to provide it to you.

How can I learn more about your products?

You can visit our dealer in your country or we can organize an online meeting and introduce our products to you.

Assembly & Support

Where can I find install or assembly instructions for SOGA products?

Please, let us know which products’ instruction(s) you need and then we will send them to you. After placing an order and before arriving you the product(s), necessary instructions will already be sent by SOGA Order System.

How do I get replacement parts for my existing SOGA furniture?

Please send an email to support[at]sogaspaces.com describing the problem, and then we will send the right parts to you as fast as possible.

Some parts are missing, what should I do?

What are the warranty terms?

Although it varies according to the products, we provide at least 2 years of production guarantee.

How should I report production damage?

You must provide notice of the damage within 72 hours as written with explaining photos or videos after delivery of the product(s). Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.

I need to contact a tech for help with the assembling.

You can send an email to support[at]sogaspaces.com or call us. Prefer to use a mobile phone which has WhatsApp or Zoom applications for possible video conferences.

My locker has been locked, what should I do?

You can send an email to support[at]sogaspaces.com. Please do not forget to write the serial number of the lock.

What does SOGA Spaces do to save the world?

From the design stage of our products, we do not use any material that can harm the world or you. We always prefer recycled or recyclable materials such as certified recycled wood, iron, glass, fabric, felt.
